Our good friend Will Sweeney might be known best these days for his insanely detailed signature drawings, which then get released as prints, comics, t-shirt graphics and toys on his London based Alakazam label. Like every decent human being though he’s also a major music aficionado: he was an integral part of the fantastic Monocle 78 Recordings, delivered the goods on guitar for Zongamin and was in charge of the illustrations and concept design for Birdy Nam Nam’s groundbreaking videos.

For our mixtape series he compiled a fantastically free-floating and genre-bending mix, which propels the past into a glorious future where the almighty groove unifies musical free-thinkers under the mirror ball.
