Zürich-based Christophe Guye Galerie just announced Albert Watson's upcoming solo exhibition at the gallery. ROIDS! not only features gigantic Polaroid prints, but also an amazing selection of photographs that will be on view for the first time ever.

With this project, Watson became interested in scanning his Polaroids at a massive resolution, creating an effect as if you would observe them under a microscope, which shows all their beauty along with all their flaws. By blewing the scan of the Polaroids up to almost 2.5 meters (100 inches), Watson manages to make their attraction physically perceptible.
