American photographer and filmmaker Alex Prager is showing her latest works at her first solo exhibition in france.

Prager, born and living in LA, takes a different shot at Hollywood's Golden Age. She is known for her cinematic lighting and going for unusual perspectives. Her pictures are somewhat surreal, but it feels like looking through a keyhole onto life, asking questions about background stories and future paths. She started by using relatives for her shots, but thanks to the NY Times Magazine, she has already worked with people like Brad Pitt, Gary Oldman and Glenn Close.
