The impressive graphic artworks of his skateboards (VCJ, Jim Phillips etc.) lead OJEY to discover his path in illustration and graffiti writing in ’94. He hasn’t stopped since, based his graffiti style on the early New York aesthetics and is a quite active part of the Chosen Few Crew. OJEY won various international awards as a designer and worked in Los Angeles, Abu Dhabi, Paris + of course in his hometown Hamburg. 

The artist stripped down his usually more detailed illustrations for this DJINN’s collaboration, as he likes more decent designs on clothing and apparel. Additionally, the snakeskin leather pants matches the illustration of the iconic snake.
