Director Bart Layton already proved in 2012 that life indeed is a lot stranger and way more scarier than fiction with the great documentary “The Imposter“. Now he adds another chapter to his favourite subject with “American Animals“, in which “four young men mistake their lives for a movie and attempt one of the most audacious heists in U.S. history“.
