Who would guess that Marvel comics could match so well with Hip-hop covers?
Well actually, these two worlds are not so far from each other when it comes to being a superhero and creative.. Marvel is diving into the world of hip-hop with its line called Hip-Hop Variants, which feature covers that pay homage to some of the genre’s most iconic albums – and their artwork.
Thus, to pay homage to hip-hop Marvel is preparing more than 50 variant covers of classic albums like "The Chronic" by Dr. Dre, "The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill" and "Ready to Die" by The Notorious B.I.G., but as well more recent covers such as Tyler the Creator's "Wolf".
Get ready, more than 50 covers will be unveiledand the Hip-Hop Variants project promises to be a must-own. Every cover will be launched this October.
