MONDAY MIXTAPE: TRANSMISSION FROM OUR DECKS
skism's soma spill
While constantly being on search for great guest mixes, we’re throwing in one by ourselves as we haven’t done it for quite a while.
So, here’s a transmission from our desks, sorry: decks. This one's heavily hitting the brakes on the dancefloor with a good dose of some stoned modern world music beats and new age electronica that’s travelling all corners of our planet from Germany, Sweden, Japan, Australia to Hong Kong, Mexico, UK and N.Y. with a good bunch of material by guest artists that contributed to our mix series in the past. It was inspired by the overwhelmingly good album by Wolf Müller & Niklas Wandt „Instrumentalmusik von der Mitte der World“ that threw itself on the 2018 hotlist before the year even started. Probably already the album of the year. It’s out in February on Basso’s Growing Bin Records, a label that grows with each release. Trust us, it’s a blind buy, so better order your copy now!
