Artist Edition Launch

Gastronomic explorers ONBOOZE will present their Ceviche Bar in collaboration with multidisciplinary creative studio HAW-LIN during the Art Week Berlin from 16th to 20th of September. Raw fish enjoys an experienced cut by renowned chef Stephan Hentschel (Cookies Cream) paired with drinks and twists by Fabian Johow (ONBOOZE) while Haw-lin will expose an unique visual experience.

Looking for the art in food ONBOOZE is leaving the classic path of Ceviche and reinterprets the traditional Peruvian dish in an urban way.
