Wow, that is quite some time-consuming and meticulous work by Phil Evans! Paper Cut London is his latest short film starring Jak Pietryga and was printed completely on Paper. The footage was collected during two trips to London and with the intermittent animation process being done over the course of a year and a half using over 3500 individual animation cels.  A variety of paper stocks were used in the process, with the resulting prints being scanned and photographed after they had been drawn on, creased, cut and dyed accordingly.
