The Creators of the Radical Cut Up issue are about to finish their two year project at Sandberg Institute with an all-embracing graduation show.

The exhibition brings together the works of the temporary Master of Fine Arts and Design Programme Radical Cut-Up at Sandberg Instituut, Amsterdam directed by Lukas Feireiss. The exhibited works range from sculpture to installation, painting and illustration, photography and film as well as digital media. Coming from very different professional, personal and cultural backgrounds and working with a great diversity of media, the participating artists in the exhibition challenge deeply entrenched, classical notions of aesthetic purity, originality and autonomy. What unites all of the works featured in the exhibition is the urgency of upholding a healthy distrust towards single narratives, in favor of the realization that any pursuit of truth necessitates a multiplicity of perspectives and contradictions.
