Seymour Chwast is something of a design legend, with a career spanning over five decades he still has a prolific output. He's known for visually pushing boundaries, and he's worked in many areas, but he always returns to one topic - war.

Throughout his long career he's turned his talent to fighting war, by highlighting its ugliness and brutality through his illustrations.

Now he seeks to collate a 5,000 year visual timeline of war into one book, he's opted for emotionless black and white to show the horror in this candid representation of the worst part of human behaviour. But he needs your backing! He's created a kickstarter campaign to raise the funds to make it happen.
