WE MAKE CARPETS are currently working on their first solo exhibition!

WE MAKE CARPETS is a collective composed of Marcia Nolte, Stijn van der Vleuten and Bob Waardenburg. Together, they make beautiful carpets made of unusual products such as plastic forks, plasters, paving tiles, pasta, cotton balls and pegs. The group of artists doesn’t do typical decorative carpets - they go beyond that as they push boundaries, and make carpets that make us think about the consumer society that produces these ‘weaving materials’.

The exhibition will be held at MU Eindhoven and will run from August 29th until the 26th of October.
