A 40-year History
Since day one in 1974, High Times has been a revolutionary venture first and foremost. The non-conformist monthly mag has build its reputation as the world's leading countercultural bible by praising all the good sides of cannabis, LSD, and mushrooms through its 420 publications – each crazier than the next.
Now, this heavily influential publication is pleasing its pothead readers with a new project titled “High Times: A 40 Year History of the World’s Most Infamous Magazine”: A coffee-table book with all the finest covers, and all the greatest moments, which reflects on the evolution of the publication itself - from its rather humble underground beginnings as an organ for a growing community of anti-authoritarian rebels to an established magazine keeping pace with the exponential growth of the cannabis industry and beyond.
The book will be released this October via powerHouse Books.
