Maes makes music for the moment. While this might sound not only like a broadly overused but also heavily blurred statement, the ones who take their time to listen to his sets – at home or even better: bound to a dance floor – will have to agree. From the vaults of slowly driven downtempo to the exhileration of (relatively spoken) faster, closer to common floor speeds: He is one of the fews who will always scratch the right spot to take the ongoing bliss one step further.
