Slovenian photographer Jernej Šuligoj aka Peps traveled across the US for his latest series - and the result is a stunning one. The actual skateboards in the pictures are from Logsaw Meat, a Slovenian brand that turns used skateboards into new ones, all hand shaped and hand painted.

“What's trash for most people, some will find recycable value in“ is a documentation of a skateboard trip from a young Slovenian photographer, seeking places and people, that interest him. He started on the East coast and ended on the West coast of USA. But most of the photos you see, were shoot on the back streets of Oakland, where he encountered that for five bucks he can get more than he wished/asked/aimed/hoped for.
