You know by now that things have the tendency to get rather tense and violent on screen when John Hillcoat directs, and his forthcoming movie “Triple 9“ - about crooked cops, ruthless mobsters and a heist getting horribly wrong - luckily underlines this.

It seems as if the Australian director had to let off some serious steam, after he's dropping out of “The Revenant“ in 2011 - the result will hit screens early next year, and you can get a first taste of the nasty things to come below.
