Komono is paying tribute to the heavily influential artist Jean-Michel Basquiat through a series of very limited watches.

The American artist started in the underground movement of the late 70s when he joined SAMO, an unofficial group of graffiti activists. As we all know, only a few years after his neo-expressionist paintings were shown everywhere around the globe.

Now, Komono decided to take back Basquiat’s avant gardist paintings to design their new series of watches.
