Between March 21 - April 15, 2018 New York's +81 Gallery is playing host to “True Hip-Hop“ - an exhibition that puts Schreiber´s iconic photography on display.

“First featured in the book "True Hip-Hop," in 2010, these mostly black and white images are of some of the most seminal people in Hip-Hop. Rebecca Pietri revisited these images for this current exhibit with music curation by Belinda Becker.

Mike Schreiber is a self–taught New York photographer. His first book “True Hip-Hop” was released in 2010, and he has had solo shows in NY, London, Paris, Atlanta, Chicago and Miami. Mike Schreiber is currently working on a new series of books set to be released later in 2018.“
