Terrible is not just a long time buddy of ours and part of the original Lodown squad of day one, he’s also an integral part of Berlin’s night life. He already spun records and hung out at Tresor, Planet, E-Werk and WMF when your parents were still drawing unicorns in their friendship books. He’s part of the infamous Washing Machine parties together with Clé of Märtini Brös and Dixon (who probably is too busy now to follow that path) that celebrate House classics in various venues around Berlin for quite a while. Don’t tell him anything about music unless you’re 100% sure you’re hitting a knowledge gap here. He’s one of the most funny and sarcastic dudes I know and his vinyl collection is widespread as an open encyclopedia. So is his mix he delivered for his old buddies at Lodown. Bittersweet nocturnal lullabies to sweeten this greyish january monday like finest dark chocolate.

When we asked him for some things he likes to share, he (of course) replied in his mother tongue and since google translate is as funny as him, I highly recommend using it:

"Mir wäre es wichtig, wenn ihr erwähnt, dass ich keinen Ollie kann, aber super rolle und unglaublich geschmeidig Rampen hoch und auch wieder runter fahre. Ich würde gerne noch mehr live spielen und kündige an dieser Stelle schon einmal ein Revival von Krautpunk an. Wünschen würde ich mir, dass neben Nutz- auch Rauschhanf legalisiert wird. Überhaupt bin ich für ein Recht auf Rausch. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass wir alle weniger Sachen scheiße und mehr Sachen gut finden. Ich befürworte Skateboarding als Schulsport und bin dafür, dass junge Menschen, bevor sie DJ werden können, mindestens einmal ein Punkkonzert spielen müssen. Außerdem erwähnt bitte, dass ich für eine Frauenquote im DJ-Sport plädiere. Besonders wichtig ist mir, dass ihr schreibt, dass das Ur-Motto der Love Parade immer noch durch kein anderes Motto irgendeiner Veranstaltung getoppt wurde. In diesem Sinne: Friede, Freude, Eierkuchen. Oh und ganz wichtig… watch out for DJ Kurt… she's going to be massive and very loud."
