Earlier this year, Nas announced he would commemorate the 20th anniversary of his debut album Illmatic with a variety of activities including a tour and a documentary about the making of the album.

As we now know, a screening of the documentary entitled 'Nas: Time is Illmatic' will precede his performance at most of the shows. We’ve now got a proper trailer, so stop thinking and press play one time for your mind!

The tour starts October 2, while the documentary will receive a theatrical release in the US on October 1 and an on demand / iTunes release on October 3. Nas will perform Illmatic in full at each stop.
