The acclaimed photographer and filmmaker Anton Corbijn just released a new book titled “1-2-3-4”, which features incredible snaps of your favourite rockstars such as Mick Jagger, Nirvana and Morrissey to name just a few - with additional stories by Bono and Michael Stipe among others.
Since the 1970s he has had a major influence on international music and portrait photography. For this book, he has selected more than 350 photographs, many of which are being shown for the first time.
Today Anton Corbijn is not only a photographer he is as well a filmmaker and producer, he recently realized the “Reflektor“ clip for Arcade Fire, and directed “Life“, his fourth feature film starring Robert Pattinson, Dane DeHaan and Joel Edgerton.
Nevertheless Corbijn is still a photographer and when rock will actually be gone, you’ll still have his photos to show your children what it looked like.
From now until June 21 you can check his exhibition in the Netherlands at the Fotomuseum, the Hague.
