Vilde J. Rolfsen shows in his last series of photos another side of the damaging plastic bag. With different types of lights and colours, Rolfsen uses plastic bags to recreate beautiful and magical landscapes. Plastic bags are probably one of the most destructive thing for the environment and yet they look so unflurried and innocent in Rolfsen’s work.  

I am “Creating a landscape within the plastic bag. Plastic bags are a huge contributor to the landfill waste, and are extremely harmful for our oceans and the creatures living there. Do not say yes to a plastic bag when shopping. These plastic bags were found in the street.”
